Delivery Information

How long will the order usually take to be delivered?

Most orders can be despatched from our warehouse within two working days of receiving payment. However, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

How are delivery charges calculated?

The standard delivery charge for orders is £4.79 for all orders up to a VAT-inclusive value of £150.00. Please note that VAT is charged on delivery costs. Any orders over £150.00 in value (including VAT) will be delivered free of charge. This excludes delivery of the KenkoDream® and KenkoComfort Deluxe, where freight is included in the product price.

Where is my order?

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If you still have not received your order after this time, please contact our customer services team for assistance, quoting your registered ID and order number.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the quoted timescale, we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver your order within the timescale.

Please note that larger items (such as Kenkopad®, KenkoDream® Deluxe mattresses, Air Wellness Power5 Pro) will be delivered separately from any smaller items ordered.

All deliveries can be tracked. You will be given a unique tracking reference and link to the relevant carrier website on your order confirmation email. You will receive this immediately after we have despatched your order. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your individual order through the delivery process. Please allow at least 24 hours from receipt of email before tracking your order.

Our couriers currently deliver on Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 (excluding bank holidays). For mattress deliveries, our courier will call you to arrange a delivery time.

Where is my invoice?

Your invoice is displayed by clicking on the relevant order in the 'My Nikken' section of the website. The invoice can be printed if a durable copy is required.The invoice will be available after you have received email notification of order despatch.
